Logo Design Process

1. Once you decide to purchase our logo design package. Your marketing specialist will collect the necessary information to get an account created.  After the account is created, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you. Within 48 business hours you will be assigned an account manager. Your assigned account manager will contact you by phone to start the process. During this phone call your account manager will go over a descriptive questioner. This is a very important step of the process. We request you to take your time thinking through the questions and providing us as much information as possible to help us come up with effective concepts and thus get more value for your money.
2. Your assigned account manager will contact you within a week to review the first draft of your logo design. Notes will be taken for any changes or revisions that need to be made to the design. Your account manager will continue to contact you by email or phone to work on revision until the design is complete.
3. After you are happy with the changes and revisions we finalize the logo design and prepare the final files. The logo is given to you in two formats: vector source files (EPS and AI) and web files.
